In a Time of Pestilence

Lord we are dependent on Your love and mercy
In this time of pestilence, the world cowers in fear
We who rest in You have no need to fear
Yet it is too easy to give in to the terror of others
In You we have our hope
In You we trust for our lives
In You we have salvation
Though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death
We will not fear
You are our comfort, our hiding place, our salvation
In You we live
